Tension and relaxation: Vicious circle of pain

Cause pain in the back of a closed attitude of the parties, who more often caused tension and pain. This creates a vicious circle, which is difficult to be broken.
Only in sleep, our muscles relatively relaxed. In the wake condition the muscles in a certain duration voltage, the so-called muscle tone, the upright posture allows. When the voltage of individual muscles persistently increased, relaxed they are no longer sufficiently supplied with oxygen and harden painful. Many stakeholders respond with a closed stance, which reduces the symptoms begin. But too often arise from new tensions and finally a vicious circle, the growing pains of the past. 
The attempt,painful movements through early stance to avoid a result that has not yet aching muscle groups are oversubscribed. In this way, "migrates" the initial tension sometimes over the back. Pain in the lumbar area can therefore reflect a pathological event in the area of the neck or chest vertebrae are.
