Causes of acute and chronic low back pain

Muscle tension: muscle spasms are the most common cause of acute or chronic back pain. The versant, hard muscle strands press on the nerves and irritate them, thereby pain, which on the back until you can radiate into the leg. Causing muscle tension can be: Poor and unilateral burden, e.g. Stand at pelvis, scoliosis (lateral bending of the spine, rounded back) and Others Overweight
