Aromatherapy: daily, a source of welfare
Followers of feng shui, Zen gardens, yoga, treatment of Bach flowers, incense sticks and methods of alternative medicine, aromatherapy should please you! This method of therapy is based entirely on oil aromatic plants (herbal medicine) or essential oils and seeks to improve the well being: physical fitness, good moral, emotional, spiritual wholeness and natural beauty.
The essential oils sold in the trade are extracted from flowers, fruit, leaves, stem and roots of flowers, but trees and shrubs. Steam distilled, macerated in hot oil or pressed in glass, the plants are then in liquid form and can then be inhaled.
When essential oils are inhaled (broadcaster of essential oils), the smell of oil entering the brain, and it channels their beneficial effects throughout the body to provide a feeling of well-being. And when oils are applied to the skin (cosmetic products with essential oils: creams, milk for the body), the circulatory system transports them to different internal organs to relieve pain or relax.
Aromatherapy can be used for medical purposes. If you have gastro-enteritis, for example, you can more easily reach the end of the virus by taking a treatment with essential oils.
